GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICIES

OUR GUARANTEE:
We offer a full guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your Breast is Breast clothing within 30 days of purchase. Please note that Sales items are subject to exchange only (no refunds).

Other products offered through Breast is Best may be subject to limitations. Bras cannot be returned if worn or washed. Breastpumps and many of their accessories cannot be returned due to hygenic issues.

We are committed to satisfying your experience with Breast is Best, including the possibility of returns or exchanges. We regret that any merchandise that is returned which is not in re-sellable condition will be sent back.

Bras: Bras may be returned or exchanged, provided that they have only been tried on and not worn or washed.

Underwear and Breast Pads: For hygienic reasons, these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Manufacturer’s Defects: Breast is Best will repair or replace (at our discretion) any manufacturer’s defect.

Final Sales: Please note that all clearance or items in promotional sales are eligible for exchange only. No refunds.

Guarantee: Items may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days from the date on the invoice. A grace period may be offered for items that were back-ordered or were delayed in shipping from our end.

MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

Exchanges: to expedite your receipt of a replacement item, call us at 1-877-837-5439 or email breast-is-best@rogers.com. Please have your Breast is Best invoice number or Amazon.com Order ID number handy.

Refunds: Do not call or e-mail if you are returning an item for refund only. Simply follow the mailing instructions below.

MAILING INSTRUCTIONS

Return the goods by REGULAR MAIL ONLY. Items sent C.O.D. or by couriers will not be accepted.

Include a completed return form that is sent with each purchase.

Please note: Orders made directly from Breast is Best should include your invoice number Orders made through Amazon.com should include your 17-digit Order ID number.

Be sure to include your name, address and phone number and select the reason(s) for exchange or refund.

Please include in your package:
- The item(s) to be returned
- A copy of the original delivery invoice
- A completed RETURN FORM (to print a copy, please click here)

Non-Canadian clients MUST WRITE “Canadian Goods Return” on the outside of the package. Packages mailed from outside Canada that are not marked with this message will be returned to sender.

Please note that Breast is Best will not reimburse postage, nor will we charge postage on exchanges. Please allow 4-6 weeks to complete the processing of returns and credits.

AMAZON.COM REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
For returns or exchanges on orders purchased through Amazon.com, please include the 17-digit Amazon Order ID number DO NOT send us any credit card information as this was collected through Amazon.com. The refund or exchange will be performed through the Amazon.com website.
